SuperTiled2Unity  version 1.4.0 uses the new Settings Provider utilities in Unity. With this, SuperTiled2Unity settings are now found with other project-wide settings like Audio and Graphics.

Note: This was a significant rewrite of how settings are managed in SuperTiled2Unity. There is always the risk a change of this magnitude introduces some new bugs. If you encounter such an issue please report it on my Github page.
